TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) Shawnee County authorities are investigating the deaths of a man and a woman whose body was found in their home.
Lt. Jay Simecka says in a news release that deputies went to the home after being asked to check on the welfare of a person at the home.
Police say no one else was in the residence.
Simecka said the names of the deceased won’t be released until relatives are notified.
