    Arrests

    Rolando Santiago Cantu, 39, 605 Laramie St., Apartment 2, for driving with a suspended license and unlawful operation of a vehicle. Bond set at $4,500.

    Howard Alexander Horton III, 24, 1024 Sunset Ave., Apartment 2, for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $750.

    Darnell James Presley, 19, Junction City, Kan., for failure to appear and aggravated robbery. Bond set at $10,000.

    Armani Alejandro Ramos, 21, Junction City, Kan., for failure to appear. Bond set at $2,050.

    Marvin Lynn Watts, 21, Topeka, Kan., for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Bond set at $2,500.

    Incidents

    Riley County police received a report on Tuesday concerning two alleged rapes that occurred in Manhattan.

    The victim in both cases was a 19-year old female, who claimed she was raped in a Manhattan residence this past March as well as New Year’s Eve.

    She did not require treatment for either incident.

    Captain Kurt Moldrup says there are no known suspects at this time.

    The investigation is ongoing.
