Arrests

Kristen Rochelle Cherry, 28, 1300 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Apartment 9, fortwo counts of failure to appear. Bond set at $936.02.

Brandon James Crubel, 25, 4377 Fawn Cir., for failure to appear. Bond set at $1,500.

Stephanie Dawn Davis, 42, Overland Park, Kan., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $500.

Erik Rolland Hagadorn, 22, Junction City, Kan., for probation violation. Bond set at $1,000.

Jesus Parra-Moreno, 19, Ogden, Kan., for unlawful use of an ID card and no driver’s license. Bond set at $500.

Michael Joe Pratt, 42, 2261 Priboth Rd., Lot 216, for driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. Bond set at $10,000.

Leo Cano Raymundo, 24, 719 Bluemont Ave., for no driver’s license. Bond set at $500.

Melonie Monique Washington 29, Junction City, Kan., for failure to appear. Bond set at $1,500.

Incidents

A Manhattan man is looking at drunk driving charges following an afternoon arrest on Tuesday.

Riley County police booked Michael Joe Pratt, 42, of 2261 Priboth Rd. Lot 216, on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

He will be arraigned in Riley County District Court at a later date.

RCPD released Pratt Tuesday on a $10,000 bond.

Riley County police are gathering details regarding a vehicle theft which took place at some point during the past week.

According to reports, sometime between last Friday and Tuesday of this week, a 1988 Chevy was stolen in the 6800 block of K-18.

The doors were unlocked with the keys inside during the time of the theft.

The vehicle is property of the Colorado company Bemis Construction, features the company logo on both the passenger and driver side panels, and has Colorado tags.

Total loss from the theft is $15,050.

RCPD Captain Kurt Moldrup said on Wednesday that there are no suspects and the case is under further investigation.
