RCPD Report: 10/2/26

Officers filed a report for theft of property or services at approximately 3:29 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2026 in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. A 23-year-old male was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole his 2014 Chevy Impala. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $5,000. The vehicle has since been recovered.

Deepre Lamar Williams, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:51 p.m. on Oct. 1 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Los Angeles County (Calif.) warrant under the uniform criminal extradition act. Williams was issued a no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Joshua Michael Slade Griffiths, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 1:05 p.m. on Oct. 1 in the 1000 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges that include seven counts of criminal damage to property and one count of battery. Griffiths was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
