    Incidents

A potentially suicidal female is in police custody after an early-morning chase in Ogden, Kan., on Wednesday.

At approximately 8:10 a.m., Riley County police received a 911 call regarding an 18-year old woman, who had locked herself inside her car with a number of knives.

Shortly after arriving in Ogden, police located the woman, who initially remained in her vehicle as she continued to drive throughout the town. Eventually, the woman stopped her car and shortly thereafter police took her into custody.

RCPD Lt. Josh Kyle says the woman is safe and suffered no major injuries.
