A female Wamego resident was allegedly a victim of rape in southern Manhattan.
According to Riley County Police the rape occurred sometime around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The suspect is said to be known to the victim and there were no injuries requiring medical treatment. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
