A quartet of former K-State men’s golfers made the cut of the Colbert Charity Classic on the Adams Golf Pro Tour Series.  Nationwide Tour player Robert Streb shot both of the first two rounds under par, including a 1-under 71 on Thursday to tie for 3rd in the tournament at Colbert Hills.  Streb sits at 5-under-par for the championship.  Joseph Kinney is at even par as he followed an opening round 69 with a 75 on Thursday.  Joe Ida is still in position at 4-over-par, and Matt Van Cleave made the cut on the number at 5-over-par.

James Marshall, a Canadian, leads the Colbert Charity Classic after the second round at 7-under-par, while Chris D. Thompson of Independence is at 6-under-par.

The Colbert Charity Classic will begin at 8:00am both Friday and Saturday at Colbert Hills.  Admission to spectators is free.
