U.S. Senator, Jerry Moran, says he created his Start Up Act last year due to frustrations with the flagging economy. The Start Up Act covers areas such as research, and the regulatory environment in which businesses operate.
Senator Moran says the bill is focused on reducing national debt, growing the economy, and stimulating job growth.
Besides the Start Up Bill, Senator Moran also supports the Farm Bill and the NBAF facility.
