Two Ogden women were injured in a three vehicle accident on I-70 in Shawnee county Tuesday evening. Florence Foster, 64,  and Asia Channel-Foster, 20,  were taken to Stormont Vail following the accident, reported just before eight Tuesday evening about a half mile west of West Union Road.

The Kansas Highway patrol reports the accident occurred when a 2000 Honda prelude driven by 20 year old Josephine Price of Nebraska was eastbound on I-70 and entered the median for an unknown reason. While entering the median, Price’s vehicle went airborne and struck two westbound vehicles, including the one driven by Florence Foster.

Florence, and Asia Foster were  taken to Stormont Vail hospital for their injuries.  Asia Foster was later released, but no information was available  for Florence Foster.

Price and a passenger in her vehicle were taken to Topeka hospitals.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol,  the individual in the other vehicle that was struck,  Joshua Fank, 30,  of Rossivlle, received a possible injury. However KMAN news heard from Fank Wednesday morning that he is fine.
