An Amber Alert issued for a three-year old Arkansas City boy was cancelled Sunday when he was found safe and the man who allegedly took him is in custody.
Authorities issued the alert on Saturday evening after Anthony Hernandez was reported missing from his Arkansas City neighborhood. Although no details have been released the toddler was found safe on Sunday evening and the man he was with 33-year old Francisco Lopez is in custody though it’s not clear if he has actually been arrested or if any charges have been filed against him.
