After a solid first professional season in the Italian League, K-State’s all-time leading scorer Jacob Pullen is back in the NBA Summer League. Pullen led the Philadelphia 76’ers outfit with a game-high 15 points on day one against the Indiana Pacers. He was 5 of 11 from the field, including three of six from beyond the arc, and two of four at the line. Pullen also added three rebounds and two assists. The 76’ers will play their second of five games in Orlando on Tuesday morning against the Utah Jazz.
Former K-Stater Dominique Sutton also is suiting up for the Orlando Magic in summer league. He was the top reserve for the Magic in Monday’s opener against the Brooklyn Nets, and scored three points and grabbed three rebounds. Sutton transferred from K-State following the 2009-2010 season, and was the leading scorer for North Carolina Central this past season.
