After an undefeated weekend in the Varney’s Invitational, the K-State volleyball team moved up one spot to #21 in the latest AVCA top 25. The Cats earned wins over UC Irvine, Oakland, and Oregon State at Ahearn Fieldhouse. K-State will head for the Bluejay Invitational this weekend, hosted by Creighton, who’s receiving votes in the Coaches’ poll. In the Big 12, Texas rose to #2, and Iowa State slid to #15. Oklahoma is receiving votes. Nebraska is now #1 after knocking off defending national champ UCLA.
