The Pottawatomie county sheriff’s department announced Monday a fatal roll-over accident that occurred Saturday.
Sheriff Greg Riat indicates the aaccident occurred Saturday night shortly after 8:30 east of Neuchatel Road on the Duluth Road in Rural Duluth in the northeast part of the county.
Emergency responders who arrived on the scene found the single occupant of the vehicle. Timothy Graf (51) of rural Onaga died at the scene. The vehicle, a 1998 Dodge Pickup had been travelling aast on Duluth Rd, when it left the roadway resting on it’s top in a field to the north of Duluth Road.
