    DERBY, Kan. (AP) One person has been killed and another hurt in an all-terrain vehicle accident near the south-central Kansas town of Derby.

    The Wichita Eagle reports that the accident was reported at 9:10 p.m. Friday. Emergency dispatchers said one person on the four-wheeler was killed and another suffered potentially serious injuries but did not require hospitalization.

    The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of the accident.
