    HS Sports Roundup 9/11

    – The Manhattan High volleyball team swept a pair of matches on Tuesday night, winning 25-22, 25-14 over Clay Center, and Rossville 25-17, 25-14.  The Indians are now 8-2 on the season.

    – The Manhattan High girls tennis team hosted a quad on Tuesday afternoon in Manhattan City Park, and came in third place.  Washburn Rural won the meet, and Marysville was second.  Cathy Lei played #2 singles and went 2-1, and the #1 doubles team of Annie Roberson and Kaitlyn Wichmann also won two matches.

    – Manhattan High boys soccer beat Shawnee Heights 7-0 on Tuesday night at Anneberg Park.  The Indians are now 4-1 on the season.
