    An indecent liberties with a child report has been made to the Riley County Police Department on Friday.

    The 11 year old female told her parent that a person known to her made inappropriate contact with her, which led to the report.

    RCPD said that the person being accused is a caretaker of the child.

    Two individuals were victims of a burglary.

    Andrew Bradford, 22, and Kevin Dawson, 23, both of Manhattan, had items taken from their place of residence.

    An unknown suspected entered the residence and removed a laptop and cash totally in $600.

    The investigation is still on going.
