    RCPD Makes More Arrests on Drug Charges

    On Sunday, October 14th, the Riley County Police Department executed search warrants that led to the arrest of three people.

    Since that time, more search warrants in connection with the investigation have been executed and additional people have been arrested.

    On Monday, October 15, a search warrant was served in the 1700 block of Anderson where over five ounces of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and about $1,000 was seized.

    Adam Wade Teske, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of telecommunication device and no Kansas Drug Tax Stamp. His bond was set at $6,500.

    On Thursday, search warrants were also executed at the 500 block of N. Manhattan and the 1100 block of Vattier.

    Over three ounces of marijuana, 9.8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia, and $1,100 were seized from the two locations.

    Tristan Derek Michael, 23, Joshua Michael Carroll, 23, and Brock Tanner Pierce, 21, all from Manhattan, were arrested.

    Michael is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of drug paraphernalia, no Kansas Drug Tax Stamp and unlawful acquisition of drug proceeds.  His bond was set at $9,000.

    Carroll and Pierce were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Bond for them was set at $1,000 each.
