Officers filed a report at approximately 12:37 a.m. on September 25, 2026, regarding the distribution of marijuana in the 900 block of Fort Riley Blvd., Manhattan, KS. A 23-year-old female was listed as a suspect for the distribution of marijuana. Cecilia Youngblood, 23, of Junction City, KS, was arrested at approximately 12:58 a.m. on September 25, 2026, for distribution of marijuana. Youngblood was issued a $5,000 bond and remains confined as of the time of this report.
McKinley Hopkins, 34, of Topeka, KS, was arrested at approximately 5:13 p.m. on September 23, 2026, in Shawnee County, KS, on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The arrest stems from the original charge of burglary. Hopkins was issued a $30,000 bond and is not confined in the Riley County Jail.
Justin Berger, 43, of Hudson, KS, was arrested at approximately 1:45 p.m. on September 23, 2026, in Barton County, KS, on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The arrest stems from the original charges of driving under the influence (3rd), driving while license is suspended, and operating a car without an ignition interlock device. Berger was issued a $20,000 bond and is not confined in the Riley County Jail.
Officers filed a report for disorderly conduct and contributing to a child’s misconduct at approximately 8:55 p.m. on September 24, 2026, in the 1300 block of Marlatt Ave., Manhattan, KS. The report listed two females, ages 17 and 14, as suspects. Nevaeh McCarty Campbell, 17, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:07 p.m. on September 24, 2026, for disorderly conduct and contributing to a child’s misconduct. Campbell was released into the custody of her guardian. Jordan Spriggs, 14, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:00 p.m. on September 24, 2026, for disorderly conduct. Spriggs was released into the custody of her guardian.
