CALDWELL, Kan. (AP) A 52-year-old man from Oklahoma died when his semi-trailer truck overturned in southern Kansas.
The accident Monday evening four miles north of the Kansas-Oklahoma border killed Eugene Ewing III of Sand Springs, Okla.
The Kansas Turnpike Authority says Ewing was leaving Kansas 166 to turn onto northbound Interstate 35 when he lost control of the truck, which rolled over and landed on its side.
KFDI reports Ewing died at the scene.
