After shocking the world last season with an upset of #2 Nebraska, the K-State volleyball team will return to the scene of the crime this week to open the NCAA tournament.  The Cats will play another Missouri Valley Conference opponent in the first round, Northern Iowa, after playing Wichita State last year.  K-State is 21-8, and will try to break out of a funk at the NU Coliseum, having lost five of their past six matches.  The Panthers are 24-9, and finished the regular season with a loss to the Shockers in the Missouri Valley tourney.

K-State will open the NCAA tournament on Thursday afternoon at 4:30pm against Northern Iowa at the Coliseum in Lincoln.  The Standard Plumbing, Heating & Air pregame show will begin at 4:00 on KMAN.
