Just a few days after reports circulated that Kansas State Quarterback Collin Klein was unlikely to be selected to play in the Senior Bowl, we do know at least one Wildcat will be in the game.

On Wednesday, Wide Receiver Chris Harper did receive an invitation to play the game which will be held on January 26 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama and televised nationally on the NFL Network.

Harper a senior who began his collegiate career at Oregon before transferring to K-State has scored 12 touchdowns during his career with the Wildcats. Harper, a native of Wichita will be the 40th Wildcat to play in this game.

Before the Senior Bowl, Harper and the Big 12 Champion Wildcats have one more piece of business to take care of as they face his former team the Oregon Ducks on January 3 at the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.
