According to Pottawatomie County Appraiser Lois Schlegel home sales in Pottawatomie County reached a three year high in December.
County Commission Chair Pat Weixelman says the average value of the homes sold was around $182,000. The Highway 24 corridor saw the most increases in sales of homes.
