30-year-old Russ McCormick is charged with the traffic of contraband, unlawful sexual relations, and promoting obscenity. A preliminary hearing scheduled on Friday was waived by McCormick, and his defense attorney Tom Adair.
McCormick was a former corrections officer for the RCPD for two years.
