A Manhattan soldier accepted a promotion this weekend.
451st Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Chaplain Yeoun Ferris of Manhattan, Kan. reported to the Lanny J. Wallace Army Reserve Center in Wichita on Saturday. Ferris received her official promotion to major, from the 451st ESC commanding general, Kenneth D. Jones.
