A failure to appear charge out of Oklahoma lands a man behind bars.
Michael Duncon (29), of Chandler, Oklahoma was arrested around 5:30 p.m. Friday and is being held in Riley County jail for failing to appear on a misdemeanor charge. His bond is set at $8,000.
