19-year-old Micheal Dechant is charged with possible first degree murder of 6-month-old Dominick Lubrano of Ogden.
Dechant was present through video chat on Tuesday afternoon for a status hearing in the Riley County courthouse, and now has a preliminary trial date of May 31st at 1 p.m. with Judge William Malcolm.
Dechant is currently being held by authorities on a one million dollar bond.
