The Riley County Police Department responded to an injury accident involving a motorcycle and car at the intersection of Allen and Casement Rd around 7 p.m. Thursday evening. RCPD could not confirm, but according to witnesses at the scene, the vehicle ran the stop sign striking the motorcycle and eventually hitting a nearby pole. Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
