Anthony Broussard of Beaumont, Texas is the clubhouse leader at 5-under par through round one of the Colbert Charity Classic on the Adams Golf Pro Tour. 12 players in all finished with scores under par at Colbert Hills.
Four former K-State golfers are in the field. Mitch Gregson shot a one-under par 71 and is tied for 11th. Both Kyle Smell and Curtis Yonke are in a tie for 18th with a one-over-par 73, and Joe Ida struggled with a nine-over-par 81.
Colbert Hills Club Pro Chad Myers is tied for 39th with a five-over par 77.
