A Junction City minister accused of several molestation charges has decided not to go forward with a signed plea agreement, and has fired his attorney.
That was the word from Geary County court Tuesday, with Jordan Young, 26, announcing those intentions in open court, with the appointment of a public defender set for Thursday.
Young was a music minister at the Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church in Junction City when the aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated criminal sodomy cases allegedly occurred, from 2008 to 2012. Six different cases are involved.
