By KMAN Staff on September 18, 2013 Local News, Pottawatomie County

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff received a report of a robbery in the 800 Willow block of St. Mary’s, at approximately 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday.  A Gambino’s Pizza Delivery person reported that while he was delivery a pizza he was approached by the a suspect on foot.  He was ordered to put the pizza on the ground and hand over the cash.  Initially, the delivery person refused, but the suspect did produce a knife and walked towards the victim, yelling at him to give him the money.  Ultimately, the delivery person gave up the cash, which contained an undisclosed amount and a check.  It is believed the suspect set up the delivery in order to rob the victim.

The suspect is described as a 6-foot-tall, white male, wearing a white cloth across his face and dark clothing.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s office at 785-457-3353.
