Update Monday 6 a.m. Monday morning:
A vehicle/bicycle accident at the intersection of Tuttle Creek Boulevard and Bluemont Avenue sent a man to the hospital Sunday evening. The bicyclist reportedly was code yellow, which means a need for medical attention but non life-threatening injuries. The accident also closed one of the northbound lanes on Highway 24 early Sunday evening.
More details are expected a bit later this (Monday) morning during the weekday briefing by Riley County Police.
