Iran Says Deal With UN Represents Progress

Iran says it’s a sign of progress toward a broader agreement with the U.S. and other world powers on its nuclear program. Iran and the U.N.’s nuclear chief reached a deal today to allow expanded monitoring of the country’s nuclear sites.
