    Woman Life Flighted To Wichita After Accident

    kstpoliceKansas State University Police responded to a single vehicle injury accident at the intersection of Kimball and Denison Avenues around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.

    Upon arrival, officers found the driver-Ann Langham (71) of Manhattan had been ejected from her 2001 Kia Sportage. The initial investigation found that Langham’s vehicle was traveling east on Kimball when it left the roadway and struck the traffic light pole at the southeast corner of the intersection.

    Langham was transported by Riley County EMS to Mercy Regional Health Center with serious injuries and later was life flighted to Wichita for further medical treatment.
