A former Executive Officer with the Flint Hills Area Builders Association has been arrested for felony theft, with bond set at $60,000.

Tracy Shane, or “T-Shane” Roberts, 44, of Wamego was taken into custody on an arrest warrant at 11 p.m. Monday at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center.

Riley County Police are not providing further details, and it’s not known if this latest arrest is connected to charges announced this past July involving Roberts. At that time Roberts’ charges included theft by deception and making false writings, with a reported loss of more than $25,000 for the Flint Hills Area Builders Association.
