    Riley County Police are reporting the arrest of  Shaquille Blount, 20, of Fort Riley for a failure to appear warrant while he was in the 200 block of Custer Ave. Blount was arrested late Wednesday morning but he was later released on $12,500.00 bond. The original offense for this warrant was listed as driving while cancelled, suspended, or revoked.

    And David Bonney, 29, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 100 block of N. 4th Street in Manhattan for a probation violation warrant with the original offense of possession of cocaine. This warrant caused Bonney to be held and later released on $5,000 bond. Bonney was arrested on Wednesday morning.

    A local restaurant is reporting criminal damage to property Wednesday.
     
    An estimated $1,000  in damage is reported at Hunam in the 1100 block of Moro Street. The restaurant’s back door was damaged and the window of the door was damaged in the overnight hours by an unknown subject or subjects.
