According to a Riley County Police report released on Sunday Levertis Horne was arrested on Saturday evening at the Riley County Police department on drug charges.
The report states the arrest stemed from possession of a hallucinogen, and possession of paraphrenalia for the growing or distribution of drugs.
As previously reported by KMAN Horne was convicted of several charges in connection with a home invasion in October of 2012 on Saturday. Police are saying they would not release any other information Sunday, but are expected to release a statement in the upcoming week.
