The showdown at the Centennial League wrestling tournament went the way of #2 Junction City, who bettered #4 Manhattan High by 17 points on Saturday in the Indians’ home gym. The Tribe did have four individual champions, 120 pound Mason Wallace, 126 pound Devin Norris, 132 pound Kian Clemens, and 160 pound Austin Chauncey.
Wallace was voted the Centennial League Newcomer of the Year, and MHS’ Bob Gonzales was named Centennial League Coach of the Year.
