    Preliminary in Pottawatomie County Murder Case

    A St. Mary’s man has been bound over on charges of second degree homicide and aggravated assault following a preliminary hearing in Pottawatomie county District Court.
     
    Pablo Gonzalez will go before the district court for arraignment on February 25th and remains confined on a one million dollar bond.
     
    Gonzaelz was arrested in connection with the death of  Levi Bishop, 24, of Rossville early New Year’s Day. Bishop was a passenger in a vehicle with Gonzalez and was found deceased inside the vehicle from a gunshot wound at about 4:43 a.m. that day.
