Riley County Police have indicated that an emergency accident reporting phase is in effect for Riley County and Manhattan until further notice. Please report only injury or serious vehicle collisions until winter weather clears up. In all minor accidents, drivers should exchange information and determine a time at a later date to report the accident to police.
