    Riley County Police have released the name of the victim in a three wheeler accident on University Park road Tuesday night.
     
    The driver was Vaughn Hoffman, 69, of 8580 University Park Road in rural Manhattan. As initially reported Hoffman was life-flighted to Stormont Vail Hospital, but has since been transferred to the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City.
     
     A family member reported to RCPD that Hoffman was in stable condition Wednesday evening..
     As KMAN earlier reported, Emergency crews responded to the accident involving the three wheeled vehicle that flipped, pinning hoffman.. This occurred around 11:15 p.m.

    A 30-year-old Manhattan man was taken into custody early Thursday morning for probation violation. William Robinson was arrested for a probation violation confinement order stemming from a previous charge of aggravated battery.
     
    Robinson is being held at the Riley County Jail on a “no bond” confinement order issued by Riley County District Court.
