Riley County Police indicate 14th & Anderson is now open, after being closed for a short time as a precaution for a potentially dangerous person. Officers on the scene near Manhattan Christian College determined there’s no danger to the public.
RCPDtwitter advised area residents to avoid the area at about one p.m. Friday.
