A 45 year old Junction City man who had been discharged by the Kansas Department of Corrections nearly two years ago was arrested at the Foot Locker on U-S 77 in Junction city Wednesday. James McDade served a little less than a year with KDOC on criminal trespass, theft, and aggravated assault convictions. He was sentenced in November of 2011, but discharged in August of 2012.
Details about why he was arrested are not available, although the KDOC website indicates their office issued a warrant. Junction City Police officers assisted Kansas Parole officers in his arrest.
