KMAN reported Tuesday that the Fort Riley man found dead at 1731 North Park Drive on Monday, had been identified. The Junction City Police Department released additional details around 3:45 Wednesday afternoon.After conducting a preliminary investigation into the death of Shawn Thomas (26), and receiving the preliminary autopsy results, the death seemed to be a result of a self inflicted gunshot wound. The police department also does not believe there was any foul play.
