    Three Appearances in Geary County Court

    A Fort Riley soldier was arrested for possession of child pornography back in July of last year, but appeared in Geary County District Court Thursday.

    Sean Vincent (28) faces multiple charges of child pornography stemming from this arrest.
    His case was continued for another status hearing on June 24th, and his bond remains at $100,000.

    A Manhattan man, facing several charges-including aggravated indecent solicitation of a child, appeared in Geary County District Court Thursday.
    Trevor Triffet (20), was arrested on May 20th, around 4:30 p.m., in Manhattan, and the reported victim in this case is a 12 year old female.
    His case was continued to June 24th for another status hearing. His bond remains at $100,000, as the bond motion made that day was denied.

    A Junction City man appeared in Geary County District Court Thursday
    on a felony animal cruelty charge.
    Michael Hall (47) was charged with this offense after he was accused of hanging a German Shepherd puppy until it died.
    Hall’s case was continued for another status hearing, which will be held on June 19th.  His bond is still set at $10,000.
