Gary Skrdlant, vice president of American Institute of Baking International, will be retiring after 3 decades with the company.
AIB International serves food processing, distribution, food service, and retail industries worldwide. The company is headquartered in Manhattan.
Skrdlant was a key player in creating AIB’s regional offices in Leatherhead, United Kingdom; Shanghai, China; and Queretaro, Mexico. He lead negotiations that resulted in AIB acquiring a food safety inspection company in China. Skrdlant also served in multiple finance-related positions in the company.
