Almost two years after an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya that left four Americans dead including Ted Stevens, the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, the first of those suspects was apprehended this weekend in Libya and is currently en route to the United States to stand trial amongst Republican calls that the suspect should be sent to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and locked up with other terrorists there.
