Tyler Lockett is on his second watch list for an award given to the best player in college football, this time it’s the Walter Camp Award.

Lockett has already been named a candidate for the Maxwell (college player of the year), Biletnikoff (best wide receiver) and Paul Hornung (most versatile player) awards. He’s also a preseason All-Big 12 selection at both wide receiver and kick returner according to the league’s media.

K-State has had five players named to the Walter Camp Award watch list in the past three seasons. Arthur Brown, Collin Klein and Nigel Malone all made the list in 2012, with Klein finishing as a finalist, and last season John Hubert was a preseason watch list selection.

Updated K-State Preseason Watch Lists Picks:

Jack Cantele: Lou Groza Award (best kicker)
B.J. Finney: Outland Trophy (best interior lineman), Rimington Trophy (best center), Rotary Lombardi Award (best LB/DL/OL)
Tyler Lockett: Maxwell Award (best player), Paul Hornung Award (most versatile player), Biletnikoff (best WR), Walter Camp Award (best player)
Ryan Mueller: Bednarik Award (best defensive player), Bronko Nagurski Trophy (best defensive player), Lott IMPACT Trophy (defensive player with biggest impact on and off the field), Rotary Lombardi Award (best LB/DL/OL)
Jake Waters: Maxwell Award (best player), Davey O’Brien Award (best QB)
Cody Whitehair: (Outland Trophy), Rotary Lombardi Award (best LB/DL/OL)
