    According to Riley County police reports a Council Grove man was arrested on Saturday for failure to appear.

    Malcolm Wotten was arrested by RCPD in Ogden on Saturday morning near 12th and Elm Street.

    Wooten is being held without bond.

     

    A manhattan woman was arrested early Saturday morning by police for driving under the influence.

    Riley County police reports indicate that around 2 a.m. on Saturday Lori Haynes was arrested for DUI near the 1200 block of Laramie Street.

    Haynes’s bond amount was set at $7,000.​

    Riley County police arrested a Manhattan man on Friday evening on an outstanding warrant.​
    38-year-old Jason Leonard was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation with the original offense reported as felony theft.
    Leonard was issued a 50-thousand dollar bond and is being held in Riley County Jail.
     
    According to Riley County Police reports a Wamego man has indicated a burglary has taken place at his business.
    57-year-old Craig Brown told police that sometime on Saturday night someone broke into Appliance and Repair on the 1600 block of Pillsbury Drive, and several computers were taken.
    Police say estimated losses total around 3-thousand dollars.​
     
    Riley County police are investigating an alleged incident involving several juveniles who say they were abused by an adult man.
    According to police three females under the age of 14 reported being touched inappropriately by a man who was known to them on several occasions.  Police are saying the crimes occurred in the
    Manhattan area, but are not releasing any more details due to the nature of the alleged crime.
