JCPD receives complaints about caller posing as IRS official

The Junction City Police Dept. has received a couple of complaints about a subject
identifying himself as Eric Foster with the Internal Revenue Service stating an
outstanding debt is owed. Junction City Police have confirmed with the IRS that this was not an actual
