NEWTON, Kan. (AP) A Kansas man is accused of breaking into a home and grabbing a 3-year-old child before police wrestled the intruder away. The Hutchinson News reports an officer confronted the suspect around 11 p.m. Thursday in the south-central city of Newton. The suspect and the officer were both injured in a scuffle.
